The European Union supplied Ukraine with 5 million doses of iodine due to the possibility of a catastrophe at a nuclear power plant, European Commissioner for Crisis Management Janez Lenarcic said in an interview with the editorial association Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland (RND), Report informs via TASS.

“We have already been able to deliver 5 million doses of iodine to Ukraine for people living near nuclear power plants,” Lenarcic said.
