
The military delegations of Turkiye, Russia and Syria will soon hold talks at a technical level, Turkish Minister of Defense Hulusi Akar said, Report informs.
“In the coming days, our delegations will hold talks at a technical level. We are making efforts to achieve a result,” he tweeted.
On December 28, 2022, consultations were held in Moscow between the defense ministers of Russia, Syria and Turkiye as part of the process of normalizing relations between Ankara and Damascus. Following them, presumably in the first half of February, a meeting of the foreign ministers of the three states will be held, the agenda of which will include the issue of negotiations between the presidents of Syria and Turkiye, Bashar al-Assad and Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
