Azerbaijan and Iran agreed to increase the number of regular bus services on the Baku-Nakhchivan-Baku route to 6 per day, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The decision was made following a meeting of the joint Azerbaijani-Iranian commission in Baku.

According to the information, currently three bus trips are operated daily on the Baku-Nakhchivan-Baku route by Azerbaijani and Iranian companies.

The meeting participants also discussed the current situation in the field of international road transport, problems faced by carriers, ways to solve them and other pressing issues.
