Russia is threatening to use tactical nuclear weapons in the conflict in Ukraine, Czech President Milos Zeman said at a briefing in Prague, Report informs, citing TASS.

“The risk of a nuclear conflict is high due to threats to use tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine,” Zeman pointed out. “I believe that in this situation, European and not only European countries would have to give a strong military response,” he added.

According to the Czech president, the international community should send a clear message to the Russian leadership.
