The embassy of Croatia has expressed condolences over the terrorist attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran, the diplomatic mission said on Facebook, according to Report.

“We were shocked by today’s armed attack on the Azerbaijani Embassy in Tehran that caused a loss of human life. We offer our sincere condolences to the victim’s family and wish those who were injured a speedy recovery,” the diplomatic mission said.

A gunman stormed the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran, killing the head of the embassy’s security service on January 27. Two other officers of the security service were wounded while resisting the attack. Their condition is satisfactory.
