Information points for COP29, taking place in Baku from 11-22 November, are now open to provide comprehensive support to the thousands of visitors expected in the capital.
The recently launched COP29 Information points will provide comprehensive and accurate responses to a wide range of queries, from conference-related questions to accommodation in Baku during the event. Staffed by trained personnel, the points will offer detailed information and guidance to ensure a smooth and positive visitor experience.
For visitor convenience, nine information points are strategically located throughout Baku near accommodation and transport hubs. Seven of these points operate within existing facilities that have previously served visitors and were established in partnership with the Azerbaijan Tourism Board. The remaining two points have been set up by the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
