The Brussels Justice Palace was evacuated on Monday afternoon after receiving a bomb threat, according to officials, Report informs, citing Türkiye Newspaper.

This historic courthouse in Poelaert Square became the focal point of emergency operations following the threatening phone call reported by a federal police spokesperson.

Authorities quickly responded, launching a search and evacuation of the building. Videos on social media depicted the scene outside the courthouse, where alarms could be heard as citizens calmly vacated the area.

“A call was made warning of a bomb, which immediately prompted the precautionary evacuation and thorough search of the premises,” the police spokesperson said.
