The next 13th meeting of the Azerbaijani-Uzbek joint intergovernmental commission will be held in July this year, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) Yusif Abdullayev said, Report informs.
“Today we are holding the second Azerbaijani-Uzbek business forum in Guba, which is aimed at developing ties between the business circles of the two countries. However, this is far from the last such event between the two countries planned for this year. The next meeting of the Azerbaijani-Uzbek intergovernmental commission will be held in July,” Abdullayev noted.
He also said that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is scheduled to visit Uzbekistan in August, and the visit will further bring the two countries closer together and expand cooperation.
