Baku is ready to start work on a peace treaty with Yerevan, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramv said Thursday at a trilateral meeting with his Russian and Armenian counterparts in Dushanbe.

FM Bayramov called the Dushanbe meeting ‘a good opportunity to discuss possible progress.’

“We are ready to start work on a peace agreement. We believe that today’s meeting and the continuation of contacts will have a positive impact on the continuation of discussions on this issue,” he added.
