Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov will hold a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on December 5 in Moscow.
The announcement was made by Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova on Wednesday.
