Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has received a delegation led by Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (Turkish Council) Baghdad Amreyev, according to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
