An Azerbaijani delegation, who are in Kyiv to attend a meeting of Ukraine-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation, visited a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev, according to AZERTAC.
Members of the delegation – Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov, Deputy Minister of Economy Niyazi Safarov and other officials laid flowers at the monument.
The Azerbaijani delegation then viewed conditions created at the Heydar Aliyev Park in Kiev.
A meeting of Ukraine-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation will be held in Kyiv on January 30.
