The Binagadi District Court in Baku has extended the arrest of the so-called “leaders” of the former Armenian separatist regime, who were detained by Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies in Karabakh.
Report informs citing the press service of the Prosecutor General’s office that among those whose arrests were prolonged are the so-called “presidents” of the separatist regime, Bako Saakyan and Arayik Harutyunyan, as well as the former “foreign minister” David Babayan, “parliament speaker” David Ishkhanyan, and General David Manukyan. The court granted the request of the Investigative Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the presentation of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan to extend their detention.
