An extended collegium meeting was held at Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry, Report informs, citing MFA.

The leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and heads of structural divisions attended the meeting chaired by Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

The meeting discussed the work carried out by the ministry following the foreign policy line determined by the Azerbaijani president in 2024, the main priorities for 2025, and issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

In addition, views were exchanged on economic, climate and humanitarian diplomacy, international aid efforts, diplomatic activities in the post-conflict period, and the protection of rights and freedoms of Azerbaijani citizens abroad.

The meeting also discussed organizational issues of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ activities, and relevant instructions were given.
