
Azerbaijan’s international airports are expanding cooperation with foreign airlines, Report informs, citing the press service of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC.
The State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan has approved the request of foreign airlines to operate new flights to the country’s airports and increase the frequency of existing destinations.
This permit applies to destinations such as Izmir, Bodrum, Dalaman, Ankara, Antalya, Riga, Budapest, Warsaw, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Muscat, Rome, as well as a number of cities in Russia and CIS countries.
In addition to the Baku airport, airlines are also showing interest in regional airports.
