The Azerbaijan Basketball Federation (ABF) and Basketball Federation of Montenegro have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing and promoting this sport.

The MoU was inked by ABF Vice-President Farrukh Mahmudov and President of the Basketball Federation of Montenegro Jelena Dubljevic.

The main goal of cooperation is to exchange experiences between the federations, evolve children’s and youth basketball, and bring the leagues of different age groups to an excellent rate. Additionally, a mutual agreement was reached on establishing the close relationship regarding the experience exchange programs of coaches and local players.
