Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e. V. (shortly BIWE International) has signed a project with two Azerbaijani partners – Baku State Industry and Innovation Vocational Education Center (BSIIVEC) and Sumgayit Chemical Industry Park Vocational Education Center (SCIP) on business development in Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The sides signed a document on the implementation of the project called “Promoting employment and business development in Azerbaijan 4D: Dual Training, Digitalization, Diversity and Demand” which is supposed to last six years in two phases.

The first leg of the project will last three years and the number of schools and fields are aimed to increase in the second leg of the project.

The overall objective of the project is to provide better-skilled workers in the field of ICT and Automotive to the Azerbaijani labor market. Another aim of the project is of course to help the graduates to find better and easier employment opportunities as they will be qualified after graduation.
