The modern world order is collapsing, creating an even greater need for regional cooperation, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at the panel “Institutionalization in the Turkic World: Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in the 21st Century” at the III Diplomacy Forum in Antalya.
