In 2024, Azerbaijan produced just over 15.112 billion cubic meters of associated gas, marking a 0.2% increase year-on-year, Report informs, referring to the country’s State Statistical Committee.

Of the mentioned volume, almost 3.805 billion cubic meters accounted for commercial gas, showing a 6.7% increase compared to 2023.

Moreover, associated gas accounted for 29.9% of the total gas production in Azerbaijan for 2024, while the remaining volume – 35.484 billion million cubic meters or 70.1% – fell to natural gas, representing a 6.2% increase year-on-year.
