There is a historic opportunity between Azerbaijan and Armenia to turn the page of confrontation and establish good-neighborly relations, the head of the Azerbaijani delegation at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Azay Guliyev said speaking as part of the assembly’s winter session in Vienna, according to Report.

He said Azerbaijan acknowledges the potential of the OSCE PA as an effective platform to contribute to trust and confidence-building efforts between Baku and Yerevan.

“Last December Azerbaijan and Armenia enjoyed mutual compromises regarding COP-29 and swapped of convicted military personal based on bilateral agreement which must be considered as remarkable outcome of bilateral negotiations,” Azay Guliyev said.
