The Armenians of Karabakh can take advantage of the economic opportunities of Azerbaijan and live much better, head of the Movement of Karabakh Armenians, Artur Agajanov, told Report.
“Was a new escalation necessary to begin reintegration? Was it necessary for blood to be shed again? Why didn’t this junta withdraw the armed forces of Armenia from Karabakh and liquidate the defense army after 2020, holding civilians hostage? Three years after the 44-day war were wasted. We must understand that the future of Karabakh is connected with Azerbaijan,” Agajanov said.
Member of the Movement of Karabakh Armenians Valery Yeritsyan also spoke about the three years lost because of the junta, during which the life of the Armenians living in Karabakh could have improved.
