The Armenian Defense Ministry has signed deals with defense enterprises worth 122 billion drams (about $312.8 million), High-Tech Industry Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan said during a press conference, Report informs via Armenian media.

According to Hayrapetyan, 25 enterprises have received orders. Within the ministry, there is a military-industrial committee that performs the functions of improving the environment for cooperation between the Defense Ministry and military-industrial enterprises.

Hayrapetyan said that several types of weapons and control systems have already been tested and they will enter service shortly.
