The Armenian government has found a way to continue the activities of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that have lost grants from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Hraparak newspaper said, Report informs.

They have decided to finance these organizations not through state funds, but through money from oligarchs close to the government.
