Azerbaijan’s non-resident ambassador to Costa Rica (based in Mexico City) Mammad Talibov met with the country’s president Rodrigo Chaves, Report informs.
According to Mammad Talibov, during the meeting, it was noted that both Baku and San Jose are interested in developing bilateral relations:
