France does not abandon its colonial policy, Bolem Snavi, a French politician of Algerian origin, told Report.
According to Snavi, the skulls of beheaded Algerian soldiers should be returned to Algeria: “According to research by Algerian experts, their number was approximately up to 86. Some of them are still kept in a museum in France. We demand the restoration of historical justice and their immediate return to Algeria. This is one of the most cruel and shameful pages of French colonialism.”
The Algerian politician highlighted that the French government continues its colonial policy even today.
“The French government continues to act as the owner of these skulls. However, this policy only extends the dark shadows of the colonial past. France still preserves this heritage, and living under its administration becomes increasingly unbearable,” he stated.
