Despite aggression against Azerbaijan, it is possible to reach an agreement with Armenia, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov stated, Report informs.

Mammadov made the remark at an international conference titled “The Main Obstacle to the Peace Agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” organized by The Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center).
