Afghanistan won’t be able to participate in the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in September, since the new Afghan authorities have not yet been granted a seat in the organization, said the head of the Taliban movement’s political bureau in Qatar, Suhail Shaheen, Report informs referring to foreign media.
