
Forty members of the UN have called on the Houthis in the north of Yemen to release the employees of the organization held by rebels, Report informs.
For this purpose, the permanent representative of the UK to the UN, Barbara Woodward, made a statement on behalf of the countries at the UN headquarters in New York.
The diplomat stated that they strongly condemn the detention of the UN employees and that the member states demand the immediate and unconditional release of the detainees.
