Thirteen people remain missing after Ukraine’s Kherson was flooded as a result of explosion on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, the country’s Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

Report informs via RBC-Ukraine that four people died, 11 more were wounded as a result of the Russian attack during the evacuation efforts.
